Service Description

Sports massage is an umbrella term for a modality that alters pretty significantly depending on the type of athlete you are. Many liken sports massage to deep (connective tissue) massage with the addition of passive stretching. To achieve results related to your performance, flexibility, muscle recovery, and injury prevention, your therapist and you must discuss more completely the nature of your athleticism. If you run or cycle, it is also likely you lift weights, swim, or try to carry all of your groceries in one trip from the car. The entire activity of the body must be considered collectively in order to develop a short and long-term plan of care.

Cancellation Policy

A $40 deposit is required in order to confirm your appointment. The deposit will be discounted off of the total of your appointment.
