We understand that emergencies and unanticipated events happen. In an effort to be sensitive to our guests and service providers, we kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
It is our policy to request a credit card number at the time of booking. An online deposit is required at the time of booking. If a cancellation or reschedule is not given 24 hours in advance, the deposit will not be refunded. If you do not give notice and no-show your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
